DALnet is where IRCnewbies.com is based out of. When Keith left WebChat's network; the idea was to create a website in which users were able to find assistance for IRC, and in a quick manner. The plan switched somewhere along the lines to cater to basically DALnet, and a couple other networks. The channels listed below are all on the DALnet chat network.
#Aide is DALnet's official help channel for users needing assistance in French.
Ce canal est destiné aux utilisateurs qui ont besoin d'aide en français.
This channel has anywhere from 5 to 20 users at peak times.
#Aide was created by Keith when the channel #DALnetAide lost their 'official' help channel 'title'. When the new owner of #dalnetaide wasn't focused on maintaining the channel, or providing accurate assistance, Keith knew that #aide had a chance. Thankfully it did! #Aide became the official French help channel on August 18th, 2013.

#CafeChat is a wonderful chat channel on DALnet. The channel was created March 28th, 2011 by mondino. From the very beginning mondino has came to me about his channel. I was originally apart of the ops in this channel, and I can say that the channel is a great place for users on DALnet. It has become one of the 'it' channels, and has many, many, regulars. #CafeChat is primarily an English only channel, however, they have users from all around the world. I'm not sure on the recommended age for this channel is, however, it's worth taking trying! #CafeChat's website can be found by clicking here!
